CivilianOS is an AI-powered executive command center intended for authorized business users. You agree to:

• Use the platform only for lawful business purposes
• Not share your login credentials with unauthorized parties
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform
• Not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@civilianos.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

CivilianOS uses artificial intelligence to generate insights, summaries, and recommendations. AI output is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for verifying AI-generated content before acting on it.

All platform code, design, and proprietary AI systems are owned by CivilianOS. Your organizational data remains your property. By using the platform, you grant CivilianOS a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Civilian Group, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of CivilianOS.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to CivilianOS at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
